Shipping Policy

Destinations & Expected Delivery Times

Shipping rates are weight-based and size-based, they reflect Australia Post™ policy and guidelines.

Delivery times will vary depending on the item ordered, the shipping choice and the destination.

Orders for in stock items (available immediately from Townsville Customer Service Centre) will ship from Townsville on the same day (if ordered before 8.00am AEST), or on the next business day (if ordered after 8.00am AEST).

Orders for not in stock items (not available immediately from Townsville Customer Service Centre) will ship from Townsville within 5-25 working days from the date of the order. 

Australia Post™ claims 2-7 business days from Townsville to Australian and Tasmanian addresses.

Orders are shipped via EMS

Orders for in stock items (available immediately from Townsville Customer Service Centre) will ship from Townsville on the same day (if ordered before 8.00am AEST) or on the next business day (if ordered after 8.00am AEST).

Orders for not in stock items (not available immediately from Townsville Customer Service Centre) will ship from Townsville within 5-25 working days from the date of the order.

International orders are not subject to GST (Australian Goods & Services Tax) at the time of purchase, but MAY incur taxes and duties in the customs process of the destination country.

Import duties, taxes, and other charges, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.

Parcels will be returned to Australia for non-payment of required import duties, taxes, and charges in the destination country.

Parcels returned to Australia may incur further shipping charges. 

Order Tracking Numbers

Orders received for in stock items are shipped daily between 9.00am and 3.00pm (AEST) Monday through Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Orders received after 8.00am (AEST), or outside AEST business hours (Saturdays and Sundays), will be shipped on the next business day.

Tracking Numbers and a delivery status link are emailed once orders have been processed by our shipping partner, Australia Post.

Orders that cannot be filled immediately from stock in our Townsville Customer Service Centre are referred daily to our external warehouses, the turnaround time is between 15 - 30 business days, dependent upon Customs. 

Order status will remain as 'Awaiting Shipment' pending release of stock from internal or from external warehouses.

Tracking Numbers and a delivery status link are emailed once orders have been processed by our shipping partners, Australia Post, StarTrack or DHL Express.
