Customer Care Program

1. Overview of The North Pole Shoppe Customer Care Program 

The North Pole Shoppe Customer Care Program (the "Program") is a loyalty program sponsored by Australian Pole Fitness Studios Pty Ltd ("APFS Group") through which customers ("Participants"):

  • may earn points ("Points") that will be credited to a Participant's store account, and
  • may have their order number entered into a monthly prize draw

Participants may redeem their Points for discounts on purchases through The North Pole Shoppe store as described in the following Terms and Conditions.

The Customer Care Program is available to Participants of both TearAid Australia and Lupit Pole Australia.

2. Eligibility and Participation in the Program 

2.1 The Program initiates automatically after a Participant has selected and added products to a cart, entered personal, contact, and billing details, and an Order Confirmation Number has been issued.

2.2 An account may be created at The North Pole Shoppe without an order being placed.

2.3 The APFS Group's Terms of Service form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, or conflict, between these Terms and Conditions and the APFS Group's Terms of Service, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

2.4 For a parent or legal guardian of a person under the age of 18 ("Minor"), you agree to assume all risks and liability associated with, or resulting from, a Minor's access to this website; and assume responsibility and be bound by these Terms and Conditions for the Minor's access.

2.5 There is a limit of one (1) Program Account per person/e-mail address, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same email address. The person who is the authorised email account holder of the email address that was used at the time the account was registered will be deemed the Participant. If an account has been set up as a Business Account, a change in Participant must be notified by email. To notify a change of Participant Send us an Email 

2.6 Any personal information collected in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with APFS Group's Privacy Policy. To view the APFS Group's Privacy & Security Policy Click Here. Participants agree that APFS Group may collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store personally identifiable data and information about Participants in accordance with APFS Group's Privacy & Security Policy, solely for the purpose of operating and managing the program.

2.7 By accepting these Rules and/or signing up for the Program, Participants hereby agree to receive email messaging to the email address associated with his/her North Pole Shoppe Account in accordance with APFS Group's Privacy Policy.  

3. Duration, Modification, and Termination of the Program

3.1 The Program will continue until APFS Group announces its termination, which it may do at any time, with or without notice to Participants. APFS Group reserves the right to suspend or modify the Program, at its discretion, at any time, with or without notice. Termination, Modification, or suspension may affect a Participant's ability to redeem accumulated Points.

3.2 A Participant's continued participation in the Program constitutes his or her acceptance of any changes to these Rules.

3.3 APFS Group may, at any time, amend these Terms and Conditions, and will notify any changes by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on its website. If APFS Group considers the changes significant, APFS Group may send a notification to the email address linked to The North Pole Shoppe Account before the updated Terms and Conditions become effective. If you don't agree to the changes, you can opt out of the Program. By continuing to use the Program after the updated Terms and Conditions become effective, you confirm that you understand and accept the updated Terms and Conditions.

4. Earning Points 

4.1 APFS Group will offer Points as a reward for the purchase of products from The North Pole Shoppe (thenorthpoleshoppe.com.au) ("Qualifying Purchase"). 

4.2 Participants must be logged into their North Pole Shoppe Account during the purchase checkout.

4.3 A Participant will receive Points based upon the final amount paid at the checkout (whether paid in full or approved for financing). The final amount will be calculated after all discounts, including the use of Points to purchase, coupons, and promotional codes have been redeemed. The final amount will not include shipping or other fees, if any.

4.4 Points will be credited to a Participant's Account after delivery of the Qualifying Purchase, once the applicable return period has lapsed.

4.5 If a Participant is not logged into the North Pole Shoppe Account during the purchase process, he or she will forfeit the ability to request Points in respect of the purchase later. APFS Group may, in its sole discretion, credit Points where a Participant was not logged into their North Pole Shoppe Account at the time of the purchase.

4.6 If a Qualifying Purchase is returned for any reason after Points have been credited, APFS Group reserves the right to deduct the corresponding Points from the Participant's Reward Account.

4.7 APFS Group may offer Points through promotional offers to some, or all, Participants from time to time. These offers may be communicated to Participants via email, mail, or push notifications to the email address, shipping address, or phone number associated with their North Pole Shoppe Account.

5. Value of Points, Forfeiting Points, and Store Credits

5.1 Points will be earned at a rate of 1 Point per $1 spent. Each Point has a redemption value of $0.025. 

5.2 The amount of the Store Credit generated from previous Points, and available to be used to discount a Qualified Purchase, is displayed in the shopping cart at the checkout. 

5.3 A Store Credit generated by Points does not constitute property, does not accrue interest, nor can it be redeemed for cash. Points are not redeemable for cash, transferable, or assignable for any reason. Points are not transferable upon death, divisible upon a domestic matter, or otherwise by operation of law. Points may not be sold, transferred, or traded under any circumstances. 

5.4 Participants will receive monthly emails advising the amount of Store Credit available. 

5.5 Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their North Pole Shoppe Account and Customer Care Program. 

5.6 Points earned, and associated Store Credit will be cancelled on December 31st each year from inactive accounts (accounts that have not been used within a 12-month period). 

6. Redeeming Points Earned

6.1 Points may be redeemed for discounts on products offered on The North Pole Shoppe website when a Participant is logged in to their North Pole Shoppe Account.

6.2 The Store Credit generated by Points will be displayed at the checkout. 

6.3 A Participant may or may not choose to use the Store Credit generated by Points when completing a purchase. Points and Store Credit will remain in the Participant's North Pole Shoppe Account while the account remains active.

7. General Terms and Conditions  

7.1 APFS Group reserved the right to suspend or discontinue the eligibility of any person who uses the Program in a manner inconsistent with these Rules, or any State or Federal laws, statutes, or ordinances.

7.2 Participants are responsible for maintaining updated contact information associated with their North Pole Shoppe Account.

7.3 The Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and Participants shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7.4 If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent authority, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Rules, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
